Do I need to be home during the window cleaning?

For exterior-only cleaning, you don’t need to be home — we just need access to your property. For interior cleaning, we ask that someone 18+ be present. For vacation properties, we work with property managers, caretakers, or key/lockbox access. Just let us know your setup.

What happens if it rains on my cleaning day?

Light rain does not significantly affect window cleaning quality. However, we don’t clean in heavy rain, high winds, or lightning. If severe weather forces a rescheduling, we’ll contact you promptly and get you rebooked as quickly as possible at no charge.
